Our Policies

General Policies

In stock merchandise will usually be shipped within 3-5 days from date of order.

Custom embroidered, screen printed or special orders will be shipped within 15-20 days from date of order.

Shoppers will be notified when an item is out of stock or needs to be special ordered. Shoppers will be asked if they are willing to wait the additional time required for delivery.

We ship best method USPS or UPS.

	» For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $10.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
	» We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Return Policies

Items exchangeable within 14 days.

No returns on embroidered, screen printed or special ordered items.

Prior authorization is required before returning any item.

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping.

Non-returnable items are so marked.

No information will be given or sold to anyone.
